How far can a link reach?

From across a parking lot to several miles, depending on line of sight, spectrum, and throughput needs.

Do you use licensed or unlicensed spectrum?

Both. We use unlicensed bands for fast, low-cost links and licensed or 60/80 GHz mmWave spectrum where interference protection and higher throughput are required.

Is wireless reliable enough to replace fiber?

For most building-to-building links, yes. We run a line-of-sight path study and link budget, then design for weather margin and redundancy to hold carrier-grade uptime.
